Poetry and Music of the Arctic

It would be wonderful to share a collection of poetry and music of the Arctic, along with books and other artworks.

Let's make this a collective project, so please add any favorites to the comments below. Then I will add them to the Spotify  music playlist,  WorldCat List of books, or Soundcloud Spoken Word list.

Check out the lists using the links above and enjoy. Also enjoy the poem a dear friend of mine wrote a couple weeks for me in preparation for my expedition.  I invite you to craft a poem of your own to share in the comments below as well. I look forward to seeing and listening to anything you're interested in sharing and thank you for sharing your creativity.

Hi Sarah! The playlist is a magical and beautiful journey through sound. I've been enjoying it so much, and I love that you included Tanya Tagaq's "Snowblind."

I'll have to think of some of my favorite music of the Arctic to share soon!
